I always have a really lovely experience having my nails done well at Box Nails . Today I also had a pedicure which was very well done and relaxing . Lovely environment with very friendly staff .Shop is always clean and tidy .Highly recommend this Nail shop.

Disappointing Experience at box nails.My friend recently visited box nails with high hopes of receiving a rejuvenating and satisfying nail.The lackluster ambiance, unprofessional staff, and questionable hygiene practices made it clear that this salon does not prioritize customer satisfaction. The lady who use to work dont know how to talk to customer. She sounds soo high that i was thinking she is a customer!! I urge potential clients to seek alternative options for a more enjoyable and fulfilling nail spa experience.

Came for an appointment, unfortunately was running late so i called Amy and she was happy to accommodate me later.I was going for a new look, i never had ombre done so i was a bit nervous, but she did such an amazing job and they look wonderful!!

I cannot believe it... the lady doing the nails has no idea how to take off gels! I was telling her how to do so, and she tried to take my gel by picking up the plastic tip extension to force my nail with a strength to come off! My nail chopped of showing a wound!!! I didnt agree and walked off. The worst and most terrifying experience ever!!

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!I left with my nails unfinished due to extremely poor service.The “Nail Technician” if I could even call her that has no people skills, she was very rude, sarcastic and impatient! I have never been treated so badly.She filed on top of my toe nail and not the length as requested and the nail shape was uneven.She also cut my nails shorter than requested (although I requested filing and not using a nail cutter).She was also very argumentative when I asked her once again if she could use a nail file.No wonder why this shop is always empty. Do not trust these people with your nails!

Highly recommend! Not only is the shop spotless clean my Shellac is immaculate and always lasts a lot longer then expected. Waiting time is never long.

Always very happy with my nails. Am always seen on time and Amy is very fast and professional. Great choice of colours. I have now moved from the area so have had to find a salon closer to home, I would however highly recommend Amy.

I’ve been coming to box nails for over 7 years and they are the best!! My nails always look so natural (the look I like) and they last ! Would never go anywhere else!! Happy customer always :-) x
