I have a carer from this organisation & since the lady’s been with me this past year she’s become like family 2 me. I live at home with my son & my grandson visits regularly & they’ve both said (hand on heart) the positive changes they’re seeing in me & it’s all down to her patience, care, thoughtfulness, understanding of my needs physically & mentally. Her encouragement, respect & care is something I’ve never received from any other agency I’ve previously dealt with & she’s a true credit to health & social care AND I’m soo thankful & grateful for her time & energy she puts into caring for me.Lastly nothing’s ever too much for her to handle when she’s in my home where she’s always always respectful.

Sagal Warsame has been absolutely amazing with my sister in law. She comes every Sunday on time and is very kind and caring towards Samaira. She understands her complex needs and attends to them with due diligence and care. Thank you Sagal from myself and Mum. X

As a Muslim woman who wears a niqab, I had a terrible experience with this care agency. From the very beginning, I felt discriminated against and marginalized due to my religious and cultural practices.The staff at this care agency displayed overt racism towards me, making it clear that they were uncomfortable and disapproving of my niqab. They would ask me to remove it before entering the facility, even though I explained that it was a religious requirement and that I could not remove it.Overall, I would not recommend this care agency to anyone, especially not to Muslim women who wear a niqab. The staff's racism and lack of cultural competence made my experience there incredibly stressful and uncomfortable. I hope that this agency can improve its practices and attitudes towards diverse communities, but until then, I would advise others to seek care elsewhere.
