I order milk tea every time when I go to Birmingham. I have always liked the taste and friendly service. Yesterday I met a boy who was a cashier, a girl with curly hair and a girl with long straight hair. I bought 8 cups. My sister’s child accidentally fell to the ground and a small crack was cracked at the bottom of the cup. we asked the male clerk to change the cup for us. he agreed. Buttttttttt when the milk tea spread to the straight-haired girl, she threw the milk tea directly!? We don’t mind you extra change for the new cup, but the straight-haired girl threw the milk tea and didn’t tell us. Few minutes later , the curly-haired girl said that she only can make a small cup of the milk tea for us? ? ? ？？ I'm so disappointed and won't be here again. sorry.

A nice little bubble tea shop in Birmingham's Chinatown. I visited for the first time today and ordered the brown sugar pudding with red bean bubble tea which overall, tasted very nice! The only little downside is that there were A LOT of toppings which meant that I'd finished drinking all of the milk tea yet there were still a lot of tapioca pearls, red bean and pudding leftover, which I ended up scooping up and eating them alone so as to not waste them.

A small bubble tea shop with a good variety of options.This is not a place to sit in and chill with friends as there are only 3 seats in this tiny shop.

The tea is ok but the amount of bubbles is very unacceptable. I ordered a big bubbla tea and the whole thing was only tea but the bubbles were very few. This is terrible, so I do not recommend it. To be honest, I am really disappointed.

I have tried other bubble teas here they don’t taste very good but, the best flavour is Tokyo Roast which is 5star the rest not so great. But overall a great shop always stop here for the Tokyo Roast.

We ordered 3 bubble tea drinks, they didn't put any bubble in one of them, we told the worker that you forgot bubble in one of them, she just quickly said no and turned her back to us as if the conversation is finished and she does not care. Not an appropriate behavior. She could look at our receipt and order at least and probably add the bubbles or at least say a sorry and we were not mean to insist on her fixing her mistake, mistake can happen, but a rude reaction for a mistake done by herself with the customer is not something nice, that makes a customer to not come back again.

Beautiful little bubble tea place. Staff are really welcoming and will go through the menu with you if you are unsure about what to get. Only takeaway available, no sit in.
