What an amazing customer service , I hired many cars in the UK and it was my best experience so far.i was able to give back the car few hours after the check out time without any extra cost.

A good car rental with reasonable prices.

We rented a car from this place couple of months ago and we all still fondly remember the experience we had with them. Service was great! Car (Automatic Hyundai) was modern and in a perfect condition and I was even able to pay with my debit card. I can recommend this place to everyone!

We had an excellent experience renting from WE Rental Dundee for a week long trip to the west coast and highland tour. They were extremely flexible and accommodating, even extended our rental for several hours at no additional cost. Would highly recommend.

Starting off great . But soon went down hill. Vans kept breaking down. It was supposed to be repaired. But it wasn’t broke down again after one day .people would phone up owner and claim I did this and that , never listed to me . Was only interested in what they said . Never once believed a word what I said . I’m a courier and I have to park close to the place I’m delivering to . Was told I’m not allowed to do that with there van . I was supposed to crashing into other people cars . Got a clean license. Never had a parking ticket. Been driving for 20+ years . Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Vans are a big let down . Plus over priced for run down vans . Which are second hand and not that great .

Cheapest for my needs. Car was great, service was great. Next time I need a rental I will head back to WE

WE Rental is one of the most honest businesses that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. It started out I was booked for a several month rental at a lower price than it should have been. When I went to pick up the car and sign the contracts, there was absolutely no problem with them honouring the price. When I returned the car 3 months later I had branch/shrub scratches all down the passenger side of the car. They did not try tell me it would be a claim on the insurance and I would have to pay extra. Their response was they would see if their body shop could use some elbow grease to buff it out.i returned to Canada not sure if I would see some big charge on my credit card. To my surprises I received a credit back for my depositA special thanks to Sidhi, you were really helpful

Don't be afraid to count your deposit when they return it. I didn't and discovered it was £10 light, so ended paying £55 for 4hr hire.

Having been burned badly by Enterprise/National in England in November 2021, with serious reservations I took a chance on WE Rental Dundee in September 2022. I was very pleased with the rental!! The office manger, who I believe was Scin (spelling?), was reassuring and professional. The car performed extremely well and provided my wife and I a wonderful trip through the Scottish countryside. My deposit was promptly refunded as promised, leaving me satisfied and more than willing to leave this review. I would not hesitate to use WE Rental Dundee again on future trips to the area.
