Absolutely shocking. Don't book tyres out so you end up leaving customers down.Called up to make a complaint I was hung up on 3 times, the 3rd time the lady thought I was on hold and said f this he's going and hung up. Spoke to Connor my account manager and told oh there's nothing I can do. Told no one to complain to either complete discrase

Only 2 decent managers in the depot awful mid shift awful nightshift only decent shift is actually mornings as they don’t employ mongos on that shift. One of the managers has a really smug face and no one likes him so if you see him splash him with a puddle TOSSPOT!

Just been tailgated by one of their vans on the way to Newport. Shockingly agressive driving, and just as we came to a roundabout where the police were dealing with a crash as well. If you want the registration plate, I will forward it to you. To the manager-Talk to your team please before another accident happens. Agressive driving is completely unacceptable.
