I go here to attend appointments for my hamster and bearded dragon. The staff are absolutely wonderful and it's always a bonus that it's in pets at home as I'm able tp pick up almost everything I need

Don’t bother. After contacting them numerous times on the phone seeking advice for my pet the whole week, I was informed if I sent photos over of the issue (an infection / cut) I would be booked in for the end of that week. Didn’t receive any communication if they got my email or photos, rang them up and said they would pass it over to vet to look at and would be in touch. I wasn’t contacted and my pet had gotten worse within that day, I went to them in person and asked for some advice, if anyone was available to check my pet and was basically disregarded and made to feel I was unimportant.Not only when I got there at the reception of the Vets 4 Pets, they completely ignored that I was there whilst doing something else and then made me feel like I was wasting their time. Said they would be able to book me in for the end of the following week and then I explained that I was told on the phone it would be that week if I sent photos over and it suddenly changed to the start of the next week and that they were closing ‘in ten mins’. This was at 6:20pm. They close at 7pm.They eventually ended up saying that Pets At Home need to recommend a vet as this is where I got my pet from… they are literally based in that shop! Staff are rude and inconsiderate, wouldn’t waste your time, definitely go to a vet that listens to you and wants to make sure your pet is okay. I ended up going to Wilton Vets in Guisborough and they were lovely, very understanding and had seen me and my pet that night.

Variety of Products for all our furry friends. Grooming is offered at the back of the store as well as veterinary services. Ample parking as well. Prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for.

We got in straight away and the nurse/vet was great with Molly and explained everything very clearly and was very professional , answered all my questions . The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, she booked in Mollys vacations and spay operation. I feel very confident she will be looked after very well.

Fantastic. My dogs legs went and I was seriously worried. They registered me and saw Daisy that day. Wonderful, kind vet.

Was told this best one for rabbits, however not 1 person has a clue about rabbits, they tried charging me for vaccinations even though had a voucher as the reception staff didn’t have a clue how to use the voucher on their system, paid £45 for a consultation for them to say she ok to be spayed, then booked her in to be called 5 days later to say that a locum vet will be in that week and can’t do the op, so I’ve had my £50 dep refunded as had no other dates and she now booked in at another vets and will be getting done 3 days earlier with no deposits and overall going to be £60 cheaper
