Convenient store with Costa Express very handy when off to trips

I went for car wash on Thursday 26/10/2023 ,the guy said can’t let you wash because they only allow the car wash till 8PM.I don’t understand why but guy made the excuse that naibours making complains.But I don’t see any noise of the car wash and there are no neibour astound.It was terrible service.

Avoid this place for a car wash. I've put 2 x £1 coins on the vacuum machine and it did not work and never got them back. When I alerted the employee (Jas) he came out inserted a coin and still didn't work. He told me that he could not make a refund because the machine was not working with the till. He didn't offered another solutions. I had to tell him to speak with his manager and he was refusing at the beginning and when he finally did the manager didn't answered the phone". Really poor customer service. I definitely won't be back here."

Had a parcelforce delivery sent here for click and collect. I had tracking number and Id and a confirmation email showing it was ready to collect which had a picture of it leaning against the drinks fridge. The staff member on duty refused to release it demanding a barcode. Neither the vendor or parcelforce could supply a bar code but said that my ID was sufficient. Yet here I am without a parcel and no attempt by the staff member at BP ferry road to help. I had loads of evidence it was my parcel including the photograph of the delivery. He seemed to have no interest in helping me. Either very stupid or very unhelpful. Either way this is a major issue. Do not trust the BP garage shop on Ferry Road with click and collect deliveries.

There is parking here which was great as I was picking up a package.

I went there on Sunday morning to put some petrol and use the vacuum. The vacuum wasn't working, I went to talk with the guy inside and told me that he will check later, he didn't even ask me how much I spent or didn't mention any refund. When I asked him about a refund , he laugh and said that couldn't give any refund but he will try to fix the machine later.Terrible customer service and total lack of interest towards an issue that couldn't have been easily solved.Never going back there.

I using that particular Petrol Station because is open 24 hours and the person who is working there on the night shifts are the right person in the right place.Very professional,helpful with all matters.Always welcome everyone with smile on his face.I will recommend that place for all “Early Birds “Lee

Been coming to petrol station for a while. However, earlier this evening my mother went in to pay the petrol and her card would not work. The customer service advisor demanded she handed over her phone before she was allowed to come out and see me in the car to get cash or he would call the police. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and level of service! Will never return and would highly recommend anyone else to use the local 24 hour Asda that is not far who have both supermarket and petrol, which is cheaper!

Today is the 7th. I was deceived by the service of this post. I went to calibrate the tire, I paid 1 pound. The machine did not work. I called the clerk he asked to put 1 more pound in the machine. To test, and said. I'll refund you the first payment. On the second payment he made the machine work himself. After having inflated the tire. He refused to return the money for the first payment. And he refused to give anyone the contact details for me to request a refund. These post have clumsy conduct. Avoid this place, you are crooks.
