For a long time we have been unhappy with our current pharmacy, but inertia and not knowing if other pharmacies were any better kept us with them. Then I had to go to Noor Pharmacy to collect medicines for a sick neigbour and I could not believe the difference. Noor are efficient, friendly, and interested in their client's wellbeing. We will be transferring as soon as current issues are resolved. (Note: Doctor is my academic title, not my job description.)

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy linked to a really good drs surgery.The staff are incompetent, they can never find your prescriptions online, and tell you to come back ! Had urgent asthma prescription told to collect urgently cut long story short they failed to fill the prescription correctly didn't have an inhaler mask. Never bothered ordering one. Terrible service and the ask you confidential info in public.... Worst chemist ever

Im so grateful to all that work at Noor pharmacy. They are all very polite in person and on the phone. The pharmacist is very helpful and very polite and makes you feel at ease when explaining health issues. Also im unable to collect my medication because of my conditions and with the covid 19 outbreak they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Thank You so much Noor pharmacy.

Excellent service and excellent people. Saadia especially was very helpful and very accommodating. I got the timings wrong for the pharmacy, but she was still there to help. Really appreciate it. Would recommend to everyone.

Overwhelmed, overworked and buckles under the pressure of a busy chemist. No regards for patients or their REQUIRED medication. Pharmacists leave all the hard work, complaints and unhappy customers to poor customer service assistants who take most the brunt. Blatantly about the money and completely disregards their community and commercial responsibilities. Avoid like the plague unless you’re buying a box of £1 paracetamol. The one star is for their poor, downtrodden and hardworking frontline customer service staff. Parking: almost none existent. Hours: recently limited. Queues: ridiculous

Me and my partner have been using this chemist for the best part of a year. The staff have been more than kind they make you feel welcome and help in everyway that they can. Unless you can speak to Sadia- the rest of the staff and management seem to be DEAF I have T1 Diabetes as does my child - so we need insulin to survive. pretty basic ? right ? I cant even begin to note the amount of times I have rung this Pharmacy- the management are rubbish. I only recently came back becasue of Sadia- she is the ONLY member of staff who even bothers to listen. am off again - and will be looking for another Pharmacy who can deliver our MEDS ( huge cash cash frorany pharmacy ) Sorry Sadia- you asked for me to give Noor Pharmacy a chance- I did - they are a joke. After today - not even going to bother anymore. BTW you are wasted at that rubbish pharmacy- if you want to open your own- contact me.

Great pharmacy with the best pharmacists and staff who are kind and caring. They sort out any prescriptions issues and always make sure everything is ready on time
