I have been treated by the professional and experienced Cheryl Moody at Nurture Reflexology since I had my little baby boy in March 2022. I was feeling quite fragile at the beginning, but Cheryl helped me recover with the appropriate treatment and foot massage. Reflexology and Cheryl’s amazing skills also helped with a severe back pain which I was suffering with post the pregnancy. Thank you Cheryl, it is amazing what you do and I am booking my next routine appointment in a couple of weeks time!

I received a full course of treatment to help with symptoms of peri menopause and joint pain.Amazing!Such relief after many many months of suffering with insomnia & persistent headaches - I am so thankful.I am absolutely delighted too that niggling joint pain eased in shoulders & knees after just a couple of sessions.Cheryl is very knowledgeable & keeps you well-informed while focusing on the various reflex points during the treatment; she really puts you at ease.The results far exceeded my expectations. Months later I am still reaping the benefits of the treatment which I highly recommend.

I've been having reflexology regularly with Cheryl for a few months now. She has focused on the areas of fertility we spoke about during my consultation.
