Claudia's Beauty Bar

This was my first time visiting this beauty bar and I must say that in addition to providing a lovely Shellac manicure and pedicure, Rae was like a friend that I could've shared stories and laughter with. She also went above and beyond to ensure that my nails looked perfect in spite of my booking running over the time slot.Update: It has been almost a month and my nails still look perfect, I highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again!

Booked at first they called me on the day to cancel, claiming staff was ill, fair enough so we rescheduled, (although I would have lost my money if it was the other way around) we changed for a month later. I've been to over 200 Groupons and this was the hardest place to find, even the postman didn't know where it was.Very unprofessional place & the sign that was on the wall could have given directions because Google couldn't take me to the shop just to the shoddy lane and sign this place was meant to be in, they couldn't be bothered to respond to my 7 phone calls or messages for directions , so if I were you i'd save yourself an afternoon of anguish and confusion and avoid this place at all costs, it was like Alice in wonderland trying to find the place. Joke as seen in picture was i meant to jump the wall?!? very odd!

I was treated by Rae and her personality is just the best! She knows how to put you at ease (very necessary for an intimate wax) and makes you leave all your worries on the table.I’ve also had pedicures and manicures and have been very happy every time.I will definitely be back!

One of the best manicure treatments I’ve had - Rae was so lovely and professional and did an excellent job with my nails, taking extra care and making sure I was happy with everything. 2 weeks later and they’ve still not chipped - will definitely be booking in again!

Rae was super knowledgeable and I felt in a safe out of hands just before my wedding, baffled by some of the responses on here, I was so impressed with Raes time and care, would definitely recommend!

The worst place everMe and my 4 year old son are traumatized of this terrible experience.The place had no sign at the end of a very unprofessional place. It is not even a working place it is a room in a residential area at the end of a path. Which has gate with codes. And when we went in the door was locked behind us and there was no way back.The deal from groupon was mani-pedi shellac. That is why I went all this way with my child. The lady refused to do the pedicure and manicure she said she can only do file and shellac. And when I asked why did you sell this deal to me then, she said I didn't put the ad on groupon!!!!When I said I would like to have the service I purchased or my money back, then she started shouting in front of my child. And then she said she will ask groupon to refund me.I came out but the gate was locked and she was not opening the gate and letting me out. Finally my mom called her and said why you don’t open the gate, the lady said because she is rude!!! My mom said if she doesn’t let me and my son out she will call the police.I screamed and asked for help from the security of the underground in front of the gate, they wanted to call the police as well to get us out.The lady finally pushed the button and opened the door.My 4 year old son is traumatized of this experience, I am terrified.I am shocked how groupon even accepted such unprofessional and unacceptable place and advertises it.

One of my best pedicure experiences, thank you for the amazing service. This is my second time using Claudia’s beauty bar & it has been nothing short of beautiful. Definitely highly recommended!

Such a great deal on ‘Groupon’ for a lovely service. Even with staff being unwell Rae fitted me which I really appreciated because it was the only day I could do before going away on holiday. Claudia’s Beauty Bar is a cute little Salon hidden away and I’m very happy with my Nails so I’ll definitely be back again soon. Thank you again :) xxx

They double booked me...., I received a call literally on my way there, telling me they weren't doing my nails as it was Groupons' fault that they overbooked. I asked her why she couldn't have told me earlier in the week...she shrugged and said she tried to ring me this morning....yeah after slamming the phone down! I did go in as I had driven 45mins... its private gated, not sign posted..no bell with a name on....had to ask a gardener..some bloke let me in.....Definitely wouldn't go there
