Aren't you the manager Ben Bronson ? Your staff are not professional and very rude, I have been shopping in here for years and I have also been using the new store down the road but it seems whenever I shop in either store staff are more focused on discussing other staff members or complaining about their work place so I have now decided to take my custom elsewhere, personal opinion there is no way that either store rates 5 stars as you have given them

Used and store as long as it’s been open Iv also worked for this company in the past most of staff always polite and friendly store always tidy .But the one thing that does happen ALOT is store should close at 10pm. Closing. At 9pm on a weekend is not good and one over this would of never happend without good reason and without warning this alone lets the store and company down in a big way I’m sorry to say

most staff are great for the exception of one a scottish woman with glasses called liz who loves to kick up a fuss if my daughter tells me which number scratch card to get,apparently its ileagle for anyone under 16 to actually scratch them? buying one or trying to cash one i could understand but this woman has a personal grudge by making a fuss about it all the time,,,i ended up swearing at her cause she would not see sense and to get the last word in she barred me from the shop,i have complained to head office about this ridiculouse woman..grrrrrrr the rest of the staff are great just this one spitefull nasty scotish woman.

Keep getting over charged here by pounds don't mind but it ads up . Keep track what u spending too .Ripped me off tonight by 3 pounds
