Great experience throughout! From the initial phone enquiry with Amy through to Alan who was polite and did an amazing job on our carpets. I couldn't believe the carpets could look so good and be walked on straight away! Will definitely be using these guys again.

A brilliant service from the first phone call taken by Amy who was very helpful especially as we had to change the appointment date.Alan cleaned our carpets and three piece suite and dining chair covers. His work was first class resulting in lovely clean carpets,suite and chairs. Thank you so much Alan for your hard work and the professional and friendly way you transformed everything you cleaned.I have no hesitation in recommending your Company to family and friends.

Dennis came to carry out the Dry Carpet Clean on our living room carpet which is only 2 years old but with a young child and dog it was soon needed! Never used the services before and the company were very quick to respond and get me booked in. Dennis arrived and kept to covid guidelines and carried out an amazing job. Carpet looks brand new and smells incredible! Thank you!

I've had my carpet's cleaned by zero dry time for three years in a row now. Much cheaper (and better for the environment) than replacing. We have two dogs, like to entertain, and live in the countryside so they get a fair amount of hammer over the year. They look like new every time, smell amazing and Alan and Amy are always a pleasure to deal with. They're also pretty much bone dry as soon as they're done and they use non toxic products so safe for pets and children too. x

I had all my carpets dry cleaned throughout the house. The cleaner arrived a little before the appointment time and immediately got to work. He explained what he was going to do and after what seemed no time at all he had finished. The carpets looked great and the house had a lovely smell, no nasty chemical smell at all.I am very happy with the results and it was value for money.I shall be using this company again in the future.

The usual wet cleaning didn't remove the dog smell from the carpets so I called in Zero dry time. Easy to arrange, they even phoned to offer me a cancelled appointment. The operative was friendly and efficient explaining what he was going to do. After cleaning the carpet was dry and didn't smell of dog. Highly recommended

Had the lounge and hallway cleaned this morning.The technician was Alan, a very nice, polite young man. He explained what he was going to do, then got straight on with it.I asked if he could do a small bedroom whilst he was here, fitted in in with no problem.Was so pleased with the results & price, may do it again on a yearly basis.

We moved into our house on a day when it did not stop raining and the carpets really suffered.. Dennis arrived and rescued us and the carpets. They look as good as new. Thank you Zero Dry Time. Wonderful service and excellent value.
