Dropped off car for service they lost my service book called number of times keep saying call back another day. Poor customer service they should be looking properly can’t just disappear and they should be calling me. Avoid!!!

Had my MOT and minor repairs done here recently, fantastic service, staff are brilliant and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Staff went above and beyond to explain issues and tell me my options, which is much better than what I've experienced from other garages. Will be coming back for MOT's and anything else I need!

I do not recommend this garage to anyone. In addition to the fact that he had to check the part for me, he forgot, when he was supposed to fix it that day, I call him and he tells me what car? They forgot to fix my car, I had to wait two days for 3 hours of work.They repaired my car but it wasn't repaired properly, I went back to them - I explained that smoke is still coming out from under the hood, did a mechanic see it and tell me to drive like that seriously? After I went to the repair shop again, they kept lying to me for 3 weeks every day to come. When I got there the mechanic is not there, we will call you, so for three weeks he lied to me until one day when I left the car that was not repaired because the same problem remained.After I went to it again, they told me that it was DPF stuck, when he tested it, it was very good, then he told me that this is why smoke is coming out. He cleaned my dpf but nothing changed. Now I will talk to my bank so that I can return my money back. I will never go back there now he should admit that it is so.

Honestly while writing this,I am thinking what words should I choose for this place,I will start with booking for my MOT over the phone ،the lady over the phone absolutely had no customer services ethics,she was sounding like I was calling them to beg,no greetings, anyways when reached for my appointment,one of their mechanic who was standing at reception,very casually asked me that am I going to drop or wait,which surprised me,because they booked me for 10:00 without informing in advance over the phone that I might have to drop or wait.Secondly when I started conversation with that mechanic he was not polite at all and started arguing when I asked him that why I was not told this when I was booking,and when I told him that I bought deal through groupen keeping in mind that might groupen will not refund my money,the mechanic sarcastically smiled like I was there for free and went like by saying Oh,I felt so bad and he also was trying to rip me off by saying you will loose your money,I said don't care but can't tolerate such rude and unprofessional behaviour.Luckily and thankful to groupen the have refunded my money.Please avoid this place, you can see on their faces that they are thieves.Ruined my day.No time management just booking people and making them fool.

I booked my car in for a service for the first time and had it booked in within days, it was serviced and ready within 3 hours. The staff were friendly & explained any issues they believed my vehicle may have. I’ll definitely be going back! As a female you can sometimes feel a bit intimidated going into a garage but I felt comfortable with this one :)

Very poor service. Avoid like the plague. Took my car in for a Groupon mot offer and needed some work doing. Took them 3 days to get it done. Very poor communication throughout. Always saying they would call me he I had to chase repeatedly. Was told it was ready then that is was being worked on and finally that they didn’t even have the parts yet all in the space of an hour. I was overcharged for parts that were not fitted and left with a car making a horrible grinding noise that was not there beforehand. Shocking service. Still waiting for the problem to be fixed and only realised I was overcharged because I checked on what was fitted and it did not match the invoice.

Rubbish service and extremely rude staff, started swearing in a dispute. Worst garage I’ve ever been to

If I could leave less stars, I would. I brought my car here to get my head gasket done. They had my car for over a month but due to circumstances I overlooked that. I had barely any contact the whole time it was there and had to constantly ring up to be told to ring back another day. When I finally went to pick up my car, they told me it would be another £600 more than they quoted me, yet not once did they communicate this to me on the several occasions where I rang for an update so I had to tell them I would give them the £900 they originally quoted and pay the rest another time. They got really funny about this and now I’m being constantly phoned up about getting this extra money to them. Funny how they can call me to ask about money they’re getting but not to notify me that my quote has gone up by a whole £600. Every other garage I have ever been too will notify you of price change before continuing to ensure that not only you can afford it, but it’s worth it to pay that much extra. If I had known about the price difference I most likely wouldn’t have carried on with the work and just scrapped my car as the cost just wasn’t worth it. To top it off, my car was still saying it was overheating and I’ve now had to get rid of it anyway. Definitely won’t be back which is a shame as I had heard good things about them.
