I cannot recommend these solicitors enough for the fabulous job they did in the conveyancing of my property.It was a challenging sale to first time buyers, whose solicitors were appalling and often never had the curtesy to even reply to emails, phone calls or any other correspondence . Socratis Komodromos was outstanding, however frustrating the situation was, and was constantly updating us on the proceedings and reassuring me that we would eventually complete .Do not think twice about using this company - they were first class !!

Socratis was great, was easy to get a hold of and helped us push our purchase through very fast as we had less than 3 months to complete in order to keep an interest rate. He also helped us push the other solicitors representing the buyer to move faster. I've dealt with other solicitors and this was night/day experience, so much better. Definitely would recommend.

Wasn’t the easiest of purchase due to the property being in probate but we felt that we where always kept it the loop and everything from our side was done as well as could be expected. Would recommend and definitely will use again.

I highly recommend Chris Weeks following the recent completion of a house purchase.I was faced with an almost insurmountable problem after my previous solicitor went into liquidation very close to exchange. Chris took on the case and was extremely proactive from the get-go. He was very efficient and thorough with the review of all the documentation and issuing enquiries. I bought my property in October of this year and it was a real minefield as it had a very short lease but Daniel Spike was amazing and he dealt with the lease extension and purchase and always quick to answer any questions and explain the legalities in simple terms .
