Very well run business and very knowledgeable staff. My car is a 2018 Golf GTI had problems with Diff Seals and a Crank Seal. Work was done but unfortunately oil leaks were still present. They had the car back and re did the work under their warranty 3 or 4 times and weren't happy until it was put right. The only negative is the wait time to get the car in but that's simply due to the demand for their service...they are very accommodating and won't rip you off....I'll definitely use them again in the future....thanks Midland VW.....

Took my sons car for a diagnosis a garage told me head gasket midland vw checked over said it’s thermo housing which has already been replaced.Thank you for being honest and an excellent service. Highly recommend using. Will definitely be using again.Very annoyed with Garage used will be taking it straight back there with a piece of my mind.

Can't recommend Midland VW enough. I had a minor service, brake fluid change and CV boots replaced. Great job, all done on time followed by a phone call to tell me my car was ready.

Booked my Caddy in for timing belt/water pump, DSG oil change and interim service. All work was completed in a timely manner at a great price. Courtesy car (for a nominal fee) and VW digital service history updated, what’s not to like?

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!I dealt with Nathan throughout.Honest and amazing, was patient, listened to all my questions and queries and answered them to the best of his knowledge, even carried out further research on my behalf if he was not sure about something.I had a health report from Rtech and Midland VW carried out all of the work needed on my MK5 Edition 30 as per.However, they went above and beyond to determine a knock I had when turning, and make sure the car was completely safe and healthy. It was a loose ball joint, they tightened it at no cost and even fitted a pair of rear springs at no additional labour cost as they were already doing the shocks.I also had an undiagnosed leak from around the gearbox which may have been a new rocker cover gasket, but they checked and said there is no need. The only garage apart from Rtech that I have been to who do not try to over-charge you and are completely honest. No wonder they recommend each other to customers.Driving down from West London was 100% worth it and I will definitely come to you guys from now on, thank you so much for the help and customer service!!!Best Wishes,

Whenever the car needs maintenance, I don’t hesitate to call Midland VW, because I know they’ll sort it out to the highest standard.Dealership standard service without the dealership price.

My Golf recently went to Midland VW due to a non-starting problem and non-functional infotainment system. The issues were quickly diagnosed, repaired effectively within a reasonable time at a reasonable cost. Communication was excellent and staff were friendly and professional. Based on my experience I would be happy to recommend Midland VW and would use them again.

Midlands VW is a team of professionals who always keep their customers first. They have a systematic approach and high standards. They took my car in promptly and delivered sooner than I expected. I had booked my car in for a service on 16 August for an oil service, when I left errors came on the dash and started to misfire, so I went straight back and was advised it is probably the camshaft magnets and to book it in.04 sept - the car was investigated and they had used the wrong engine oil and filter (for diesel whereas mine is petrol), but I was told an excuse that it was a seal on the fuel filler cap - no charge , got home, heard a scrape as i pulled into the drive at home, checked and under trays were not secured properly as they were hanging down, perhaps haphazardly changing the oil and filter hoping I wouldn’t notice their mistake.05 Sept - took it back in to secure the under trays. Was advised screws have corroded and yet I paid to have these changed just a couple of months back by themselves. If they did then they clearly used substandard parts or perhaps another lie and they didn’t but charged me for the work and parts.If mistakes are made I don’t mind so much, what I do mind however is being lied to and yet many more lies were made just to cover up the initial lie. Perhaps there were good at one point but not any more, I no longer trust them so wouldn’t be coming back.
