I’ve been going to Harlow Gold for almost four years. The whole team are very friendly and professional. Kirsty is excellent at what she does and I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Best colour and cut I've ever had! The atmosphere is super relaxed and the staff are without a doubt the most professional I've ever encountered. I recommend this salon very highly and will definitely be back.

Nicola is so so lovely tells you straight wat she thinks would suit you dead down to earth I had to wait for she had appointments in between mine so got a treatment free grand job + lovely tea & biscuits highly recommend keep up the good work

My wife and daughter left here with a horrible humiliating experience, BEWARE! The staff are inexperienced, rude and don't know what they are talking about they accused my daughter of having headlice ( which she didn't ) and said my daughter needs treatment ( which she didn't ) my wife walked over and looked at my daughters head, my wife informed them it is only dandruff, they refused service, it turned out to be a bit of dandruff. I can only assume they were behind on appointments and needed to catch up so they invented a reason to not cut my daughters hair. Thankfully my wife and daughter got an appointment the next day with a senior at Andrew Mulvenna who laughed at their inexperience.

This salon is excellent. I was with their Graduate Stylist again today and they did an impeccable job. I couldn't be happier with the cut and styling of my bob.
