We purchased a van from Bartley Green Commercials. After returning the van due to issues previously undisclosed to us. We were informed that there were no issues with the van. Upon further inspection, the van has been confirmed by Ford to have 4 different faults and a major issue with the fuel pump. We were sold a story that we were not inserting the fuel nozzle correctly. I am extremely disappointed about the service we received. We trusted you and allowed you to make up for your mistake but you didn't even check the fault correctly. You just told us that we didn't know what we were doing and that is such poor customer service. 100% would advise to never use this dealership. Just look at her reply to a customer and that should tell you everything.

I run a small business that needed an additional vehicle that required an L3 Transit tipper. After many failed attempts to make this purchase that always seemed to sell like 'hotcakes' from other sellers along came Bartley Green Commercials. Debbie was proactive to respond to my callback request and from that point on this company ended a three month search I had almost given up looking for.After travelling to Birmingham from Essex to view the vehicle I wanted to buy I was looked after from start to finish. I have had my transit tipper for a week now and I am very impressed with its performance. I am also very impressed with this company for their fast, friendly and professional service. Everything they said they would do, they did. Everything they said my vehicle would be, is! I bought the van with finance. Was advised not to go an see my van until the money were paid. Then at some point they told me to pick up my van.Dented roof, rear ended, door stoppers smashed in, cab full with adhesive marks and cigarette burns, under the seats a thick 1 inch layer of mud, a strong smell…But it was already paid…Took it home, and after i spoke with finance company telling them i am not happy about my van, and that i want to return it. Basically i was told that that is not an option because it was after 15 days.Never met a company that does not allow you to see the van before you buy it. I don’t know what agreement they have with the guys from car money, but that is not good business.In my case, was a bad experienceEdit to your response:If you mentioned it, i did tell the guys from the finance company when they called me after the purchase was made, i did tell them what is wrong and they said that is nothing that i can do.It has not been 6 months, for the last few months i am going back and forward with carmoney, the broker in this case, and they promised a solution, then they kept asking for more and more things. And the picture that you see, that is exactly how that van left your place. I haven’t done 500 miles with it. And car money has the report from the inspection that they asked for. And the extension of the damage on the van.
