We weren’t sure we wanted this work done but we couldn’t be happier we did!We had original Victorian wooden sash windows which we didn’t really want to replace but they were rotten, cold and required constant maintenance which we couldn’t keep up with. After multiple quotes and visits from contractors, a friend recommended Precision Home Improvements. From the minute Andy came into our home to give a quote it was entirely different from the other companies. He was down to earth, realistic and came across entirely trustworthy. His quote came in way below some of the bigger companies despite him being honest about the difficulties of the job and the problems we may encounter.Andy went above and beyond to replace our windows like for like to retain the character and ensure we could keep our made to measure shutters. It was far from an easy job but he was determined to get it right. From being completely torn about replacing the windows, we couldn’t be happier we did - they’re perfect!Andy and his team Dave and Jock, worked like trojans to do the job on time, on budget and to absolute perfection. They were friendly, courteous, clean & tidy and an absolute pleasure to have in our home. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We had Precision Home Improvement enclose our balcony so we could create a dedicated art studio. They also fitted a new internal sliding door leading to the balcony and replaced 4 of our blown lounge windows.Andrew and Dave are very skilled fitters and we are incredibly impressed with their workmanship which is very professional and of a high standard.It was a joy having them both in our home. Precision home improvements were fantastic, Andy & Lil are such perfectionists and the detail they put in is just amazing.We had 5 new windows and a front door done, we wanted a pink front door so not the normal but they stoll gave us options and managed to get exactly what we wanted.They are hard working and people you can trust which I think is so important.Great guys and highly recommend them if you need anything done.

We first met Andrew when we had a problem with our Bi Fold doors lssg yeat and he spent a lot of time searching for the parts and despite finding out that the parts were no longer made, he did not charge us. So, when we moved house, he was our first choice for someone to fit our new windows and we have not been disappointed. From agreeing the style of windows we wanted to completing the fitting was all completed within six weeks. Andrew Bell of Precision was so helpful in repairing our leaky conservatory roof.He also fitted replacement misty window panes in the conservatory.Very efficient, a good price and the work carried out on the date agreed.What a good company to deal with.
