Chris is an absolute superstar. I rang up at 9am this morning, expressing an interest in an MG I’d seen on Autotrader and seeking to exchange my old Yaris. Chris booked me in for 12pm and by 130pm I had bought the MG, exchanged my Yaris, done all the payment and paperwork and I was driving away a very happy customer. I’ve never had a purchase of anything go so smoothly. Even Tesco self service shopping is trickier! I had Chris’ 100% attention and commitment to me as a customer throughout the whole exchange and he’s such a genuinely lovely chap. I would unequivocally and wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone and everyone. Such a lovely, helpful and genuine business - a real credit to the trade. Thank you so much folks x

By far the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had, bar none.I called in hopes of understanding the process in purchasing a new or used vehicle as I am new to the country.The “gentlemen” was rather rude and dismissive from the first hello. I had a brief conversation explaining I want a vehicle sooner rather than later and instead of advising or answering any of my questions I was constantly met with the dismissive, can’t be bothered attitude directing me to the website.I do not want to fall in love with a vehicle that I cannot have if as an expat I do not qualify to purchase/ own a vehicle in England.The man was becoming incredibly annoyed as my son was crying (due to severely teething, has been for 3 weeks) and advised to call back another time and put the phone down on me.I then settled my son, quick peek of the website, verified they have enough selection so there’s not a chance they don’t have something I won’t like so I call back.My call is declined on my first attempt, answered on the third. Recognizing it’s me calling back, He immediately advises me to go to their website at which I say I would like to speak to anyone else only for him to say we don’t want to work with people like you.So at this point the feeling is mutual. I am disgusted that anyone in customer service feels or thinks it’s okay to speak to anyone in such manner, especially someone who was looking to do business and spend money at their establishment. Embarrassing. Highly suggest to go anywhere else!For any competitors, please feel free to contact me. Budget of £45,000. Prefer financing if I can qualify, otherwise not opposed to buying cash!

Great experience buying our new outlander phev. Chris was very professional and not pushy at all. He gave us a good price on our old car and my favorite part was he didn't try and sell us any sort of extended warranty or other such nonsense. They were very accommodating about payment and even stayed open past closing time to make sure we were able to go home with our new car. Would highly recommend if you're thinking of buying a car here!

Andy made contact after seeing the advert for my car on Autotrader. He didn't waste any time in coming down to look at my Freelander. Andy was very fair and reasonable and great to deal with. A really nice genuine character making the sale of my beloved car a lot easier. Nick dealt with all the finance and it was a smooth transaction all completed within less than a week. We have decided to buy a family car (Landrover Freelander 2) and looked on line what's available. Considering that we decided to buy during unprecedented times of C-19, we thought it will be a very odd and long process. Yate Cars website had a lot to chose from and we have contacted the company. We dealt with Nick on this occasion and we found him so helpful and very friendly. He had made buying experienced very easy and we were updated at all stages of the transactions. It took only 3 working days and our car had been delivered to London. A week on now.... happy with the car therefore a big thank you to Yate cars for being so friendly and so professional.

If you want to look at cars that are clean shiny and detailed then this is the garage for you. After looking around other garages and getting so disheartened I found this one on Google and it did not disappoint. We were free to roam around unhindered before finally deciding on the Land Rover I wanted. The whole process was easy and stress free. Got a good price for my car to part ex and drove away in my new land Rover very happy. Highly recommend.

Awful customer service, engine management light on day of arrival, told to take it to a garage to have it diagnosed and sorted, wasn't happy with the diagnostics as his so called land rover specialist deemed it wasn't the fault to have to drive up and get told it was the fault that was previously diagnosed and bodged it and masked it up. 4 months later within the warranty gearbox failed, refused to take any blame for it. Refused to repair it, finance company ended up taking the hit. Absolute useless garage, do not buy from them.
