We recently ordered a cake from Michelle for our wedding at Llangoed Hall, and WOW what a cake it was. It was exactly what we wanted and fitted perfectly with our theme.Her craftsmanship is on another level, everyone couldn’t believe that the delicate flowers weren’t real and not only was the design and execution of the cake outstanding but this was then topped off by the taste of the cake.Everyone commented on how delicious it was, and people had a particular sweet spot for the white chocolate and raspberry flavour.Michelle we cannot that you enough for agreeing to make our cake and for finding availability for us having postponed so many times due to covid. Michelle made our beautiful wedding cake, my wife had a design in mind and Michelle rose to the challenge and created something amazing.We didn't have a typical wedding cake, we asked for a 'cave' of sugar crystals within the middle of the cake along with some on top and a marble effect so the cake looked a little like stone.Our hardest choice for the cake was the flavour that we wanted as all were tasty.
