awful service. was a frequent customer since 2021 but today the acrylic set i received is poor. so disappointed especially as these are for my holiday in THREE days. do not recommend

Amazing place to get your nails done! Been going for 2 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff are lovely and nails stay perfect for weeks

Charged £45 for plain french tips despite the price board saying £35. I don’t mind this as the nails were very pretty. However started experiencing some pain after the appointment, put it down to not having had acrylics for a little while. This pain went away in all of my fingers except my pinkie and eventually I’d had enough of the pain and went to take the remaining nails off today. My natural pinkie nail had been split - almost the entire way across - excruciating pain. The split was 100% not there before I went to the salon. Nails also began falling off after 5 days. Given 2 stars as staff were relatively friendly, and despite everything the nails were pretty. Not pretty enough to warrant a return from me, though.

Lovely friendly staff. Always do a 5 star job on whatever nail design anyone wants, reasonable prices.

Customer services is poor. They do not communicate. They keep you waiting. My experience today. I was ignored and a customer who came in after me was attended to before me. I wont be going there again. Far too expensive.

Queen Star Nails is fantastic.They are always friendly, professional and quick.Today I went in for a standard French manicure than changed my mind.The lady who did my nails was soooo good and did my nails perfectly.Thank you
