Beautiful meal I had calamari stater and duck with roasties for main. Absolutely delicious, nice portions reasonable value for money. The bit that spoilt our evening as a table of 14 people. Was when they moved our tables into a narrow corner in the middle of our meal. My Irish coffee wasn't the best but the cheese cake was a large portion. Nice cocktails enjoyed by all. I only make it down because of being moved mid meal

What can I say but loved loved loved it. Oh and we will be back. Also told lots of my friends. Cannot believe I've lived just up the road and not been here before just mad. Thank you for a lovely evening.

We visited on Thursday for a family birthday for the first time and none of us had been before. We had a great night, we all tried different dishes for starters and mains and they were all great, the only suggestion would be to have a dip with the mozzarella sticks, we asked for a dip and had a tomato base for dipping and this was great. The house white was great too. The place is like the tardis, it looks like a terraced house from outside but it’s much more spacious inside and really nicely decorated. The service was also great throughout. There’s an extensive menu, it’s impressive that there are so many dishes and all of great quality. Would highly recommend, and we’ll be back soon.

Absolutely abysmal service. I have a reservation for 6 people at 8.30 pm tonight. People are travelling 150 miles, already driving, to meet for a meal. 5pm I receive a telephone call from Casa Bianca. We have messed up reservations, yours is cancelled. I explain the situation. Response, maybe we could do something for 9.30pm. Really? That’s your response. You have messed up, tough luck, try elsewhere. Thanks vey much. My recommendation, don’t make a reservation. In fact don’t eat here.

Really nice little place that's lovely and cosy inside. Good variety on the menu, we had cannelloni and a creamy chicken pasta which were both amazing.Also really good service.

Extremely annoyed with your service in your Pontypridd restaurant. I booked a table online on your website a good few days ago to book a table for 3 of us for Saturday the 1st July at 6pm. When I made the booking online and wasn’t able to check the booking I wasn’t able to edit the booking and wasn’t able to go back to check how many people I’d booked it for. This reservation was for my friend birthday. When we arrived at the restaurant I was told I’d booked it for 2 people I explained that I wasn’t able to change the booking online. We were given two options we either eat outside or we can have a table now but we can only order a main meal NO STARTERS or DESSERT. We didn’t want to eat outside as it was cold so we decided to just have a main I was sternly told that he needed the table back at 7pm. As it was my friend birthday and she loves your restaurant we stayed any other time would have walked out. We were all disappointed that we were unable to order starters. So we ordered our mains my friends mains come out at 6:40pm no sign of mine. My friend had to call one of the waiters over to chase up my main by this point it’s 6:55pm but the time mine come to the table the girls had finished there’s. Your food is out standing but the service was shocking it was just 3 of us and the waiter was making the situation worse it wasn’t as if there was 8 of us and the booking read 2 people if that was the case I could understand. Even though we went on to enjoy the evening elsewhere it did leave me extremely annoyed. I won’t be back

Costa was an excellent waiter, the food was excellent. Thank you for a fabulous evening, we will be returning from Michelle, Sally, Jackie and Anne. Fabulous evening fabulous atmosphere! Would highly recommend!

Food was amazing and could not complain about the portion size, was definitely satisfied when finished! staff were lovely, waitress with curly hair stood and chatted with us whilst serving our meals and seemed very down to earth, male with curly hair who I’m assuming is manager was very generous and kind, awkward with baby as no changing table in the toilet but will definitely be back!!
