Ryedale Vets Helmsley

We were on holiday with our dog Ben when he was taken I'll with what turned out to be gastro entritis. Ryedale Vets gave him exemplary care, kindness and 1st class service, liaising with our own vets and insurance providers. Can definitely recommend them. Ben has made a full recovery and is back to his boisterous playful self.

Caring vets at this practise, I trust them to care for my pet

So I've taken my cat here a few times. The customer service goes above and beyond, they are so helpful and cheery when you talk to someone. The vets there make sure to talk you through everything, give multiple options if available and always work in the animals best interests but have also been very budget conscious as well. They've given me a breakdown of the costs as they've done each part of treatment so there's no nasty surprises at the end. That being said, I would have to say they're very affordable as far as vets are concerned and especially for the care they give. We have vets more local but I think Ryedale vets suppasses them all and it's definitely worth coming here.

I can't recommend these vets enough.They take the time and care to really support you and provide the best care for your animal.Katie is incredible and so knowledgeable. She has helped me and our cavalier king Charles with acupuncture, heart and back issues.Will is a wonderful vet, so glad we found him at this practise. He's great with Lily, very knowledgeable and warm & caring. It's so reassuring knowing we have such a brilliant vet to help monitor lily's heart disease.So grateful for this vet practise. X

Excellent.I was working in the area from Harrogate when I came across a poorly rabbit at the side of the road.Unable to catch it myself they sent a nurse out to collect it straight away.She put it in a little blanket in a padded out carrier which just shows you the level of compassion this veterinary surgery has with all animals (regardless of it being wild).Can’t fault them for attending to it so quickly, hope it survives.

Wonderful, wonderful people. We were visiting Helmsley from Norfolk when our beloved dog fell ill, the amazing people at Ryedale done everything they could to make him better. I will be forever thankful for their help.
