The Perfume Shop Dalston

I have had a very poor experience dealing with the perfume shop as a company not the staff working in the store they were very helpful.The issue i have is with customer service. I was sent a perfume gift from a friend who had ordered online and was posted to my address. The wrong perfume was sen, which was a much cheaper perfume. The person who purchased the perfume for me was told via email to take the item instore to get the correct item and that they would be contacting the store to let them know . I went to the store and was told that they had not contacted and that I would need to get back in touch with customer service. I was at this point upset and a member of staff offered to contact customer service. When she spoke with them they told her that I would need to send the perfume back to them by post before they would send me the perfume that had been ordered for me. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received and have no plans to purchase any items from this shop in the future.

So rude staff can’t believe how they got the job in this store, no welcome at all

The staff don't have any welcoming skills which put me off from buying anything also the shop is tiny so they don't have a vast selection

I’m a regular customer at this shop , the staff are really lovely and very helpful and very welcoming.I’ve given 4 stars only because I can’t purchase Chanel perfume here , they don’t stock it unfortunately something quite snobby with Chanel apparently not wanting their products sold in Dalston, Hackney . There’s an option to order it to the shop but that takes away the perfume experience of looking and smelling what you want to buy .Also one of the lady managers doesn’t like to give out samples always stating there is none , quite untrue has I’ve seen her pick and choose who she gives them too .Overall a good customer service by the usual young ladies at this shop I usually buy more than I originally went in there for .

Nice service and asked us if you wanted your perfume wrapped as a Christmas gift staff were very friendly

Small branch of the perfume shop located inside Dalston Kinglands shopping centre the staff are very warm kind and helpful not the largest range but there's enough of the current In trend fragrances in there !
