Amazing service! I called and they saw my car the same day. Really quick turn around and the staff were really friendly. 100% recommend and will be going here from now on.

Had an mot on my mum corsa on the Friday and it needed work they put it in on the Tuesday. Offered me to get my own parts and they would fit them never had that before. But got the garage to get the parts. The lady on reception is so friendly and the staff are amazing Andy went above and beyond for us. All made us feel like part of the family this is very rare an amazing buisness that certainly has a new customer as of now. Professional kind and caring three amazing traits as well as many more really give this place a chance with your car you won't regreat it. Support small local businesses they won't do any work that doesn't need doing they could have charged us for all new brakes etc yet we're honest and said a fair few miles left there most would bump the sale there and then. But not them honesty and looking after people really set them apart wish there were more like this.

Had my MOT done the guys are really honest and knowledgeable. Didn't try to rip me off. Actually saved me money. Had some extra work done and very happy with it. I'd definitely recommend them.

Being a woman I never worry about taking my car to Parkways Garage I lways know that the jobs they do on my car are required, the jobs always carried out perfectly and reasonably priced. The staff are all very friendly and I never feel that I have been ripped off, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my car fixed.

So I went in to get them to have a look at my car. Two guys came out and plugged in the diagnostic machine. Ok we can fix it. So booked car in which earliest time was a week later. Took car back as requested and they didn't know anything about it and the guy who booked it no longer worked there. However I pointed out that one of the guys was in the garage as I saw him. No we don't fix these problems????

Arranged a service for Monday garage forgot to order the oil filter . Waited over two hrs. Finally got car back . Charged £ 13 for consumables but windscreen washers emptyService £40, oil £38, filter £8.79 plus consumables and VAT seems a little high

Absolutely shocking service . Foul language in the office to start with on arrival. Very unprofessional. I took my car to them with overheating. The mechanic told me he'd fixed it but it overheated again immediately. after two days of keeping it again the mechanic said they werent interested on working on it as better to be scrapped. Very rude on the phone. The owner seemed upset when I told her about this and promised to call me back to remedy. I never heard a thing. So no refund on work done unnecessarily. Car is now sorted after another garage helped me. My elderly Dad who has been a regular client until recently was told they would order two new tyres for him. When he called to ask if they'd arrived he heard them laughing as they hadnt done it. He felt humiliated.When he drove to them to get them fitted in a booked appointment they still didnt have them and let him down again. He went elsewhere.No apologies given. I wouldnt recommend at all. Rude, disappointing, poor service and care

Been using this garage since my daughter put me onto it and would recommend this garage to anyone and I genuinely cannot say the same for any other garage I have used. It's a family run business with extremely friendly and very helpful staff who go out of their way to be helpful and honest. NOTE. IF YOUR CAR NEEDS WORK THEN IT.LL ONLY BE PICKED UP IF THE WORK GENUINELY" NEEDS DOING. ("Mike below"). There are no short cuts on safety and these people will never try to rob you by advising work that doesn't need doing
