This is probably good training for people who haven’t owned a puppy before, have a small breed and need help to get started as well as getting some basic advice and tips. Doesn’t work well for larger breeds or dogs from working lines as all the training is in a relatively small space so you don’t have the distractions you would get outdoors.

We signed up to a puppy class starting in December. We paid the full amount and trainer didn’t show up. Also tried emailing and phoning multiple times with no response.

This guy is a complete nightmare. In fact I am not sure if this is some kind of elaborate scam.He never turns up to classes and offers lame excuses for not doing so. He will not answer the phone or reply to any messages left. We have requested a full refund but it has not been forthcoming.Please be warned. This is not a good experience.

Was a great help to my nervous pup and myself who also suffers from anxiety in group settings, James noticed this and then offered to switch us on to private in-home training where Zak (my Belgium Malinois) and I were more comfortable and helped build our confidence to a level where we felt assured enough to join his next group class

BEWARE, think carefully before paying for any classes. This guy is happy to take your money then doesn't show up and doesn't respond to any texts or phone calls. I paid for classes last week, no show and no contact from him. I'm in the process of reporting him to the policy and will pursue him for recovery of my monies through court action given that he's not had the courtesy to respond nor return the funds as requested.

for a 1 to 1 all he done was took us on a 2 hour walk looking for dogs. There was no training done at all ended up having to go to another trainer who was very good
