Super service. Engineer came out on the day I called, even though that meant coming late after other jobs finished. He understood that it would have been a struggle to function as a family without an entire lighting circuit and changed the problematic switch in moments. Then kindly dealt with two other small (unexpected) 'while you're here' extras, despite it being so late. Very reasonably priced and good communication. Thank you!

Horrible Experience! I called JM Electrical for an issue with the programmer controlling water heater and boiler. The engineer came and made several tests to make a diagnosis of the problem but unfortunatelly it was not 100% correct. At the end I had to call another engineer who spotted the real problem

Excellent service - come to sort my issue very quickly and had excellent knowledge of what needed doing.
