Excellent great value food as always. Treat yourself whilst shopping. My personal favourite is the ultimate breakfast which is served all day. Have tired many other meals and each one is wholesome and enjoyable

Really disappointed, black pudding hard, dry and flavourless . Hash browns over done and dripping with grease. Fried eggs a look yesterdays leftovers and the bacon was cold. The staff were lovely (once you'd managed to get their attention).EAT out to HELP out, I'd rather STAY in and get THIN than try and eat that again.

Called in after a brief shop. There was a few cakes on offer but all the plates were dirty. The cups were also dirty and took a few attempts to find a clean one.There was no milk immediately available for tea only long life.The cake was very dry, not that tasty and past it's best. The table also felt grubby and not cleaned as regularly as I'd have liked.

I called in today, ordered on self checkout. Ultimate Breakfast and Kids Meal. (Kids Meal is supposed to be free) Charged for Kids Breakfast. When my Ultimate Breakfast came it was missing Beans, 1 mushroom, 1 Bacon and Tomatoe. I complained and was told when things are out of stock our Manager tells us what we should do. The waiter told me they had not been told what to subsuite so they hadn't bothered. I said to the waitress maybe you should have asked !!!. She walked away.WHY DO YOU NOT LOOK AT REVIEWS MORRISONS. THE BELOW REVIEW WAS POSTED LAST YEAR. ***********DO YOU NOT REVIEW FEEDBACK, TO IMPROVE*************Cafe is a joke. This is the 3rd time in a row now I've gone for a full English, paid extra for the so called ultimate breakfast because I wanted black pudding and then its turned up without any. Its not like they give you a refund or an extra item to make up for it either. How a supermarket runs out of anything is beyond me. Can't they just go an grab some off the shelf? Not coming back again. Staff don't seem to care either and if an item is missing tell me BEFORE I order it!

Absolutely revolting. Beans and mushroom were cold. Egg was overcooked and rubbery. Toast burnt. Cutlery, cups and teapots were grimy. One star for service only but would have left zero stars on food alone. Felt sick after eating. Never again.

So disappointed. Sat down and the table had beans all over so I cleaned this myself as I was waiting too long. Then when the breakfast came for my friend the plate was half empty. It was a build ur own breakfast as he is vegetarian and didn't like the veggie breakfasts on offer. He ordered yeast scrambled eggs and hash brown and tomatoes. This was 99p per item. And he got half a tomatoe for 99 p one hash brown and one mushroom oh my goodness what a rip off. I did mention this to a memeber of staff and even she said it's a joke isn't it. And apologised. I will not recommend coming here ever again. So poor and rubbish quality food.

I visited the cafe on saturday in the morning, and the order was placed through the self-service counter. So, they didn't have a drink and dessert what we chose. when I approached a staff member,she was a bit angry and rude. I have been visiting this place for years, as I am waiting for kids while they are at dance lessons, so all this year's no any improvements been made,the same staff, that not able to do they duty fully. Plates are dirty,cups, and tea pots as well. always using the paper cup. Maybe it is a time for changes?!
