Would give zero stars if possible.Shrunk my son's suit and overpressed it and refused to provide any compensation. Just resorted to shouting and telling my wife that he had grown when he last wore the suit 5 days ago!

Used to go here, staff was very lovely and always served with a smile.I went just recently and was shocked, new staff in front are inexperienced, took 15 minutes to find my clothes when before it wouldn’t take more than two. It used to be best dry cleaners in Manchester, standards dropped.

Lifesavers - my daughter's bridesmaid dress is now back to new after she managed to get a grease stain on it trying it on before the wedding. The lady who served me couldn't have been lovelier - amazing value for money!

Never going there again. Ruined my expensive LK Bennet coat. Broke 2 of the buttons and offered to replace them. 2 months later still not fixed. Had enough so went to collect to collect it. Not only had the 2 damaged buttons gone but they'd removed all of them.Got no refund or compensation.Took my money for dry cleaning and gave it back to me in a worse state !

Would give no star if I could. Took a ripped pair of trousers for repair. Must be colour blind or just lazy as the thread isn't even the right colour!!!Asked for refund and was told its fine and that the colour is right!!

If you loose your tickets be prepared to be blamed! By the accusations seemingly no efficient system to find clothes, if this has happened. ( my usual dry cleaners keeps a record of all customers electronically). 15 years of using them, never once such an experience! All this at 7.30am in the morning when shop was empty. What would it be like if it was busy?!
