Shockingly rude and arrogant woman served us at the till, card declined for a small amount on 3 different bank accounts using multiple phones and bank accounts and she refused to even consider it might be the till having an issue… The nerve…

There where no staff, one man who was very helpful was servicing us and 2 other people and trying to put stock out. There where 2 other members of staff down stairs. Good shop lots of stuff for sale but no staff.

The worst customer service bought a pair of shoes for my son. Fell apart in less than 2 weeks. Wouldn’t return them even though we were within the 28 days and said it wasn’t a manufacture problem that it’s normal that mesh shoes do this. I told him I can’t buy trainers for my child every 2 weeks he shrugged. I waited an hour to get this outcome. Rude and slow !

Horrible Customer Service. I ordered 4 pairs of sneakers from the US in size US7. They shipped in size UK7. I am a previous customer and have never had this problem before. All I want to do is exchange for the proper size with Sports Direct paying for the return postage since it was their mistake and they refused to do that. Very poor business decision. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Great place for all your sporty stuff, covering two floors, hugh shop, fully stocked, good choice and great range on clothing with friendly staff. Located in the pestestrian zone The Martlets. A great place for whatever sports your in to.

STAY CLEAR and BE AWARE, they do not give refund if you take items back. There are no signs anywhere before you pay. But after you have paid, on the receipt it says you can exchange or get a credit note, which is too late.

Paul that works on the shoes is amazing! Been in several times to get shoes for my kids and he is so helpful and goes out of his way to make recommendations. Working with the public can't be easy but he never seems to be stressed even with several people waiting please get him into management or give him a pay rise! lovely chap.

Very helpful staff, just need more of them so they can effectively deal with all the customers that need help with trainers and things. Good prices too. I got a shoe protector spray though and the spray nozzle doesn't work and now I have to go to all the effort to go back into town just to exchange it.

The staff in this store were rude and unhelpful when I was returning items last week. Trying to get round this store with a pram is a nightmare, I understand you want to pack as much products in the store as possible, but you’ve got to give room for buggies and wheelchairs to be able to get round!
