Luke designed an innovative extension, mostly single storey, but a little was two storey. The space is fantastic and levels of light are wonderful, I am really enjoying being in it. All the delivery people and the builders are full of praise too. The thing that gave me pause for thought was getting rid of my conservatory, but Luke was quite right, more light in the sitting room too, better space in the extension and more quality garden space. Luke listened to my hopes and turned them into a dream reality.

Luke was referred to me - with glowing feedback - by a friend for whom he had built a huge extension. Three years on and I remain so very happy over the kitchen extension that Luke designed and helped build at my house. Starting off utterly clueless, it was thanks to Luke's sensitive guidance that I could understand the basics that I needed to make decisions on. His seamless collaboration with the builder meant that the extension work proceeded to plan, reliably and to a high standard, and was finished in record time. Everyone who steps into my kitchen admires the result and sometimes walks away inspired to do something similar in their own homes. Luke has since masterminded the building of a porch in front of my house, which, again, I am very happy with. Should I ever want to embark on another building project, I would ask him to do it - without any doubts whatsoever.

I am thrilled with the extension Luke designed for us. Also, I appreciated his support all the way through the process from the initial drawings, through finding a builder, quickly resolving the builder's questions during the works, and again at the end when there were some building control queries.

Luke designed our two storey extension. He was amazing at taking into account the things we wanted and after some tweaks on the first stage drawings the final ones were perfect! The 3D walkthrough was an added bonus for us to be able to visualise what it would look like. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luke to others and would use him again

From initial visit , the virtual walkthrough of our new extension, dealings with the planning office and structural engineers - Luke has made the whole process so simple, kept us well informed and set our expections accurately when it came to timescales. We haven't had to lift a finger and we have exactly what we wanted with some additional features that we would never have thought of ourselves. Pricing was completely transparent right from the outset with no changes at all throughout the process so we were able to budget for Luke's fee along with the council payments in advance. Highly recommend!

We found Luke very easy to work with and extremely professional . We had a council issue caused by our builder and Luke spent a long time supporting us and sorting it all out which he did not have to do . I would totally recommend him .

I contacted Luke to help with my design for a full renovation of a large semi detached property. From the outset Luke showed his professionalism. I was struggling to design a couple of aspects of the property, I left it with him, and within a few days he had designed the problem areas. It was a large project which included having a digger inside the property to allow for underfloor heating. We also went up into the roof and added a very large box dormer. This then gave us 3 double bedrooms in the roof with panoramic views. It came with more design issues due to access. Again Luke had this all in hand, and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. From the outset we were very impressed with Luke, and the way he works. From design, to helping get through planning, and being always available. It’s daunting doing a build yourself, with someone like Luke guiding you, you feel confident and reassured. His attention to detail, and problem solving is excellent. He did a wonderful job of listening to what we wanted out of our house and helping put that on paper for us. He also was professional and honest in his communication. We were really pleased with the work that he did to help us have the house we live in now.
