I am really angry! the delivery guy turned up with all my details and order number but someone else's shopping, I showed the driver my confirmation email with my shopping list he could see that was not what was in his bags full of alcohol.I asked him to go back and get my shopping and I never see him again I called the shop explained & they said they would contact the manager and get back to me, guess what I never heard from them again, I called back only to get a answering machine each time. Their delivery proccess is being carried out by incompetent staff their choice of delivery people are incompetent and their customer service is not only incompetent it is disgustingly neglectful.

Extremely disappointed with the lazy attitude of the staff! 22:55 and they closed paypoint and left me with no chance for electricity. I know they want to go home , but that is the service they must provide until 11pm!!!!!!! Southern Electric should stop the contract with them immediately !!!

Extremely bad customer service for some time now and their prices are not cheap. The local Sainsbury’s is cheaper! Also, they don’t care to remove rotten fruits often. It was not like this in the past but lately this is the case. They need a customer service training. I just go there if I don’t have any other choice.Part two: few days I walked there to buy something because I had to, ripped boxes were all over the floors. It wasn’t even 8pm. Health and safety hazard and disgusting also. From bad to worse, no hope for this place because the management obviously doesn’t care about this store. Would you like to shop here?

Bad staff behavior, weak management.I have seen this particular staff on various occasions mopping the floor in the middle of the day not bothering to put the yellow signs in place (middle age lady, wears hidjab, didn't have a name badge) She had the nerve to ask me to go on another side of the shop because I am mopping here" after I have refused

Normally, I would give 5/5 for their services. However today. They have let me down with their delivery. They delivered 2 items out 6/7 items. 1 bag was left behind. Phone co op and they informed the driver to come back to collect the items. He kinda refused and end his job. I call co op and they said they have put it in the system for the next delivery. I've waited for for 3 hours. No delivery. I call again and they said I have to wait for another 45 minutes. I would have cancelled the order. But I just had my knee operation and can't walk to the shop. I hope this is just one off boo boo. Otherwise I am pleased with their services.
