Superb experience at Kleins with Su. Attended a consultation to discuss my hair, as it had been highlighted and dyed but I was looking to even out the colour. Su was so quick and accurate in assessing my hair, and planning the healthiest option to remove the layers of colour through my hair whilst avoiding breakage or dryness.When I returned for my main appointment, she spoke me through the plan, and a few hours later I was so happy with the end result! Really sleek hair, and love the colour. Su is incredibly knowledgeable with decades of experience in hair and colouring, and made me feel so relaxed (even excited) with how it would turn out.All the staff at Kleins are brilliant and very friendly and I have already booked my next appointment.The salon is a bit hard to find (Google Maps took me round to the back of the building on Hertsmere Road) so if routing, route to Burger & Lobster, and walk past B&L along the waterfront until you see the main entrance into the warehouse that says ‘Port East’, and Kleins is straight ahead as you walk in.

I’d been going to the same salon for the past 4 years and had been looking around for a new salon due my previous hairdresser going on maternity leave. I was anxious to find another salon because I was a bit worried about how my hair would be approached and the outcome (I’ve got very dark hair and wanted my roots touched up to bleached blonde). At my previous salon I was made to feel a bit insecure about my hair and the other staff didn’t respect what I wanted done to my hair. The staff at Klein are the absolute opposite - I felt super confident after my visit. The lovely lady who did my hair at Klein was so kind and made me feel extremely comfortable, she talked me through everything that she was doing with my hair and the outcome was incredible. Having not had my hair done for a few months, I wasn’t feeling too great about my hair but she restored my confidence by giving my hair the boost that it needed! I wasn’t expecting it to look as great as it did and was blown away by the outcome. Thank you to the team at Klein!

I came in for a haircut today. Michelle was great and knew exactly what I meant when I explained to her what I wanted. She also gave me advice on colouring my hair in the future and did a patch test there and then. Michelle was very friendly and helpful.

I always have my haircut with Shannon, whom I highly recommend! She pays a lot of attention to my look and is keen to spend time on it until I am 100% satisfied with the end result.

First time visiting this salon - lots of things to love about this place. The blowdry was brilliant, the salon is super clean, the prices are fair, and the hairdressers are genuine and warm. Definitely a place that's worth popping out of work for a quick pamper! Best spot I've been for a blowdry in Canary Wharf.

I went in nervous due to a bad experience at another salon, I had Shannon for a cut and blow dry and she was amazing! This place is 10/10, everyone is so lovely, this is easily one of the best hair cuts I've ever had and she was so understanding and really took the time to understand what I wanted, thank you so much! I can't recommend this place enough!

As a first time customer, I left very pleased with my haircut! Shannon proposed a better haircut solution, that would fit me, she also did everything super quick, as I even didn’t expect. I will be definitely coming back, as for me finding free time is quite hard! Thanks again!

Really lovely little salon hidden in west india quay. All the people who work there are very friendly. I’ve gone to Shannon for 2 balayage and once for a blow dry / style for a wedding and loved how it came out each time!

I visited Kleins after an unfortunate color experience at another local salon, looking to have it fixed. I came in for a patch test, and saw Michelle today for the fix. She was so nice, I defiantly trusted her, and I am so happy with my hair now. I will defiantly look to Kleins and Michelle for the future, as I can confidently say I found my new salon. To note, I rarely write reviews but this warranted one. The salon had a very comfortable feeling overall, nothing was pretentious about the experience, and I appreciate I wasn’t overcharged or pushed to add on extras, as my experience in other salons.
