How do these guys get any Business, clearly the worst Customer Experience I've ever had - 3 Staff, all of them was like pulling teeth to get any response....I'll stick to Amazon from now on.

Got my son an F35 air fix model and the owner kindly gave my daughter some Lego for free. Fantastic shop, products and service, a must visit. Shop local!

Should be called miserable world!!!! The staff just mope about with long faces. I was standing for 10 minutes at the counter without a word from any staff, I actually felt uncomfortable. Will definitely not be returning.

Visited this shop for the intention of buying myself a radio control car. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I'll be sure to visit again.I visited again this December and wow what a transformation! The shop is much bigger now and easier to navigate. Plenty of models on over and even a large LEGO section!

Good selection of models and accessories, only trouble is i go in for one thing and end up buying half a dozen. Staff are very friendly and helpful, too helpful some times according to my wife. If they were to provide 2 recipients one showing what ive actually spent and another that i can show my wife I'd give them another star :)

Visited the store with hubby, no acknowledgement from staff who were too busy on their computers, hubby then got told off as he took his £95 of paints to a staff member and not the unattended till. Their shop front says great service - it was not friendly or great.
