Excellent wonderfully friendly customer service.Treats the customer as a person rather than as a price tag.Fitting service went above and beyond, even fitting carpet in a fitted wardrobe to seamlessly appear as part of the room.Wonderful personable family run business cannot recommend it high enough.

Needham Carpets
Geoff has a bad temper and gets aggressive and shouts at customers. Same carpets and underlay can be found at half the price at other retailers. I was a returning customer but after being spoken to rather aggressively I will not return.
