Fourth car from this dealership and remain highly satisfied. This time found one of the last Volvo V90 Cross Country B5D’s, a superb piece of kit.The trade in and purchase process was straightforward, not least due to the extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff I dealt with. Both Chloe and Ivor assisted me at every turn, always approachable and delivering service with a smile.I do have to add the one downside - no more Volvo Estates, so the V90 will probably be my last Volvo. SUVs might grow on me, but not at the moment, and as for all electric, as a Highland motorist I’ll leave my comments to the reader’s imagination!!Meantime, Loki, our Golden Lab, endorses all of the above!

He was thorough and detailed in answering questions about the car, even those concerning technical matters, which proves his great knowledge in this area.
