In the past few days I have been in communication with Alex at The Tollesbury branch. She has been an absolute godsend as I help my sister search for a new property to rent. Alex has listened and responded in a very 'human' way to our needs as a potential tenant. In recent weeks we have communicated with many estate agents who lack the human touch, who really appear to not have the time or inclination to help potential tenants find a home. We requested a viewing of a beautiful property in Tollesbury and Alex went above and beyond to facilitate that viewing, even taking the time after her working day had ceased to meet us.
