An amazing, supportive, intimate gym with the best coaches to help you smash your goals! After 2 months the difference in both my ability and physique is incredible. The coaches are so knowledgable and supportive and it's such a great community atmosphere too! Would 100% recommend.

I’ve been to nova for 6 weeks not only do I feel more confident in a gym I also feel like I enjoy it and it’s no longer a chore to get my butt to the gym and that’s thanks to the motivating and friendly fun atmosphere! I’ve lost half a stone already since as weight loss is my goal and I was stuck on the same weigh on the scales prior for months! The weekly check ins really help with my motivation and accountability. 10/10 customer service, on my first day one of the PTs came to greet me at my car mentioning they know how it can be daunting sometimes walking into a new gym for the first time not knowing anyone and that’s not done anywhere else! They do monthly socials to get the gym members together and always here to listen to any questions. The sessions are max 8 people for two PTs and most I’ve attended has been 3-4 a session so far so it feels very personal. They have a wide range of knowledge and put their members first. If your unsure honestly give it a go and you will see for yourself the gym atmosphere will have you coming back for more and more!

An amazing gym with a friendly and positive environment. Great coaches who will always go above and beyond. I have never noticed results as quickly as I did when joining Nova earlier this year after having my first baby. Nova cater to everyone’s needs and care about each members individual goals.
