They are helpful on the phone. They seem to stock a wide range of products at competitive prices. Have used them twice in last few months to source new parts for CH system. Whilst I am a layman (not a plumber), they always give me sound advice and I would not hesitate to recommend them

No wonder they are known as s****y plumbing....Poor customer service, once they have your money they aren't interested in resolving any issues. High staff turnover too which says a lot about them as a company.....avoid at all costs.

Really excellent local bathroom showroom. The manager is so helpful and knowledgeable and happy to help with recommendations. If you’re buying the majority of your new bathroom there then they can help on price so definitely go in for a chat. Their own iFlo range is very affordable and lots of stock available at short notice. Highly recommended if you’re not sure where to start or need ideas and advice.

Very POOR customer service - Ordered some OSMA guttering items from the City Plumbing website as they allowed orders for single items and not pack quantity. No sooner had I placed the order when I had a telephone call from this branch at New Milton informing me that they had cancelled my order as they were not a stocking branch of OSMA. Too bone idle to contact another branch in the network in order to fulfil my order.

Thank you for excellent service!I recently put in a very difficult sourcing order for a Matki shower screen issue. It took many hours researching and contact with Matki themselves by one of your team, Alan Mace, Asst Mgr in the New Milton branch. He not only researched and sourced the obscure part I needed, but then somehow managed to get Matki to send me the replacement part direct, free of charge, and then he sourced the replacement rubber seals (paid for) which were sent to me all within a couple of days.Please send my heartfelt thanks to Alan for all his work.He is a credit to your company, and I will definitely recommend CPS to all who ask.

I needed a valve to repair my tap. I called J&B’s but they were less than interested. They need the make and model of the tap. Who knows the make of their taps? Especially if they are old enough to need repairing. Anyway onc call to City Plumbing and my faith in plumbers merchants was restored. “Bring it in” the chap said, “we will point you in the right direction” A couple of minutes in the shop and I left with the right part with no fuss. I know who to call first next time!
