I recently visited the TDC and have some mixed feelings about the experience. Let's delve into the details.Right off the bat, I must commend the establishment for its accessible location. The shop is easy to find and offers plenty of parking, which is always a big plus in my book. This convenience factor makes it an easy choice for a quick stop or a casual meet-up.The staff at the tea shop were generally helpful, always ready to assist whenever needed. However, it seems they could benefit from additional training. It would be great to see them equipped with more knowledge about the different varieties of tea and how each should be brewed to reach its best potential. This would also help them provide more personalized and informed recommendations to customers who might be unsure about what to order.One of the significant drawbacks I experienced was the long waiting times. It's important to note that the best tea often requires patience to brew, but the waiting time felt excessive. Quick service is a crucial aspect of any successful food and beverage establishment, so this is an area where the shop needs to improve.The inconsistency in the taste of the tea was another issue. Some days, the tea was brewed just right – aromatic, flavorful, and soul-satisfying. On other occasions, however, it tasted flat and unimpressive. Consistency is key in the F&B industry, and I believe the shop needs to work on this to ensure that every cup of tea served meets a high standard.On a brighter note, some of the food items were delightful. Just the place to go if you want some great Indian snack food. From all day breakfast, parathas, desserts and much more there is something for all. Service was good and we waited around 20 minutes for the food. Very nice masala chai! Very reasonable in price. Definitely recommend.

Ordered 2 chai and a sandwich. It took more than 45 mins to get it. And when i got the item, it had a piece of steel scrub in it. Worst experience ever. Had informed the person in charge. Never ever gonna go here.

All Day breakfast was delicious, coming back and working my way through the menu. It's all halal, karak chai the best I've had outside Qatar! Plenty of parking, relaxed family atmosphere .

No exaggeration - one of the best snacking place in the UK ! I’ve tried their club sandwich, bun samosa, breakfast items, and chai. It is very easy to judge whether if the food is freshly made or not, they make it absolutely fresh. Love it. Please always keep your standards high like it is right now !! Staff is great too ✨

Bun kabaabs have authentic thaylay wala taste. We also tried samosa chaat which was good too. Pink tea had a little less sugar in it. Overall a must visit place. 4 stars because the price seems a bit too steep but you cant fault the taste.
