Great communication, answered all my questions (and there were many) relating to a problem I'd had with the car for some time. They replaced two tyres, swapped the positions to ensure best performance moving forward, fixed the tracking and aligned the car and it is now driving beautifully again after months of not feeling right despite another garage previously investigating the steering issue and fixing the tracking - apparently the problem was down to my driving and cambers in the road when I took it back to said garage. But STS did a full investigation and car drives perfectly once again :-)

The chap on reception was so cheerful, polite and helpful. He had a hell of a lot on between dealing with customers in store , the phone, and fitters, but couldn’t have been nicer.

I was fitted in the day after I called. When I arrived, as I was a bit tight for time, they worked on my car immediately and when I went to pay it was slightly cheaper than I was quoted. The staff were very friendly too

Literally from my first point of contact with Ben over the phone he was courteous, helpful and accommodating. When I arrived his team were equally friendly, informative and helpful. Over all I would recommend Ben and his team to anyone! In fact the first time I came to Tyre pros was a year ago when I had a slow puncture in my back tyre, I thought I’d have to have the whole tyre replaced, but your team convinced me they could repair it… it’s still running perfectly a year later, so there was no hesitation for me to contact you when I needed both front tyres replaced on completion of my recent MOT. Congratulations on an awesome team!
