Every Body's Better
I have now completed two therapy training courses with Judith at Everybody's Better. I love the way Judith makes the training easy for everyone to follow from professional therapists to people new to therapy and without anatomical knowledge. The EMMETT course was easy to follow and I learnt some skills which I have already been able to put to use on family and friends.I can certainly recommend Judith as a therapist to anyone who is in pain, or anyone looking to learn these simple muscle release techniques.
