We have used PV Property services for our house in Aberdeen for more than 5 years, while we lived abroad.We have faced all kind of events during this long period ranging from getting the regular safety certificates required by law and minor repairs down to more sophisticated jobs such as central heating system replacement. All of these have been brilliantly solved by Peter in no time, to our tenant satisfaction.What requires a special mentioning is the fact that Peter communicates in real time - it was very comforting to know that he would keep us up to date with everything that what was going on our property and how it was maintained by the tenant.To conclude, we are extremely pleased that we hired PV Property to take care of our house and I would recommend them to anyone that needs someone trustworthy and efficient to manage their property and at the same time have peace of mind that everything is in safe hands.

At first I was very happy and got the impression that Peter was trustworthy and had my interests at heart. Then 18 months later after getting the bathroom renovated, furniture replaced and giving my tenant notice to vacate as he supposedly was very reluctant to pay the rent, Peter gave us notice that he could no longer manage the property. My new agent then informed me that the furniture did not meet safety standards and Peter was ignoring all the phone calls and emails requesting the receipts. I now have to replace the furniture and Peter is ignoring my emails. I am extremely disappointed and feel like I have been duped. Looking back I now know why I never got original receipts for any costs. Wish I had taken notice of the neighbours in the other apartments who warned me that Peter was not to be trusted.
