Burger King is Burger King........ Or is it so I've been to many Burger Kings but for a little service stop the food was unbelievably tasty, fresh and moreish if you can fit two double bacon cheese XXL's in ya tummy lol

Took me over a year to go back there. The food was a let down, purchased double wjapper grill, beef dry, and food cold. My brother ordered the chicken royal and ended up waiting get home to eat it as he had to throw it in the microwave.The young lad and girl that served were very polite and friendlymassive change from the rude manger I delt with year ago.

Ok it was a busy saturday lunchtime but 2 parts of drive thru order for 3 meals missing . One fries and one burger .Called to complain and request refund onto card but told they can only do cash refund if i go in !

My very slow service was made worse by wrong orders from the staff and an extremely rude manager who denied any wrongdoing. They forgot my chips, they gave me the wrong burger, they forgot the sauces which I paid for then The manager simply argued EVERYTHING. Customer service is apologies first, finding out why secondly then finding a solution. All I was offered was argument after argument. The customers before me were also complaining. I would never employ this manager, never felt so insulted in my life, will never recommend it and will never return to this restaurant again.

open in Eaton Socon in Store seating with a small carpark outside to the rear of the building it has a drive thru for passing trade good use of limited instore floor space a welcome addition to the town.
