Appalling service 0 Stars, my passport scheduled for delivery was not delivered, and sorry we missed you text appeared, although we were in all day. Following that, the link to redeliver via text is not working, and when you call them, the robotic service doesn't give an option to redeliver but to collect from depot in Maidstone. Completely shambolic and would have collected my passport in person from Central London if I knew how much time is wasted trying to chase. Still don't have my passport…

FedEx were very helpful at the collection point but rubbish in explaining how I could track my item. I had to work it out for myself and after 2 failed attempts to deliver my item I went in person.Come on FedEx get your act together and explain how to track, then we can meet driver's at the door.Collection is why I gave 5 stars

Got the parcel where it needed to be in Asia, trouble free, at the going rate.

Hard to find location, even harder to find the staff that operate the building. Once located I went in and could of walked out with half it contents before a member of staff appeared. And with a rather appalling attitude to match was all together a place I would rather not go back too.

I just had an attempted delivery from FedEx which involved me opening the door to a van driving away - the driver did not wait for any time at all and did not leave a card. 5 minutes later Amazon successfully delivered a different parcel to me. Why can Amazon deliver several parcels successfully while FedEx has 4 failed deliveries? There is something wrong here and I would not choose to buy anything that was handled by these people again.

Yesterday at 8:30 there were a series of loud thuds and ringing of my door bell when I open the door and politely greeted an oversized individual stood Infront of an unmarked dirty white transit van and who's appearance bore no form of identification as to who he was and where he was from as well as the individual appearing inebriated. didn't not even acknowledged my greetings but retorted I have passport -give me name". As I was indeed expecting my passport

Garbage delivery! Can I give negative stars. Keep emailing me that Out for Delivery and no one shows up. Impossible to contact over the phone. Why is Home Office relying on this garbage service to deliver such important immigration documents. Such a waste of everyone’s time

Good afternoon!I'm sorry, but I still haven't received my documents from your company. I have already stayed at home four times, did not go to school, but I am waiting for my documents and those of my children. When I call your support service, the robot answers that the delivery will be tomorrow. But “tomorrow” comes and delivery is postponed to the next day. and so on in a circle. I have a plane in five days, which I most likely will not get on, because without documents I will not be able to return to the UK. I'm ready to pick up the documents myself, just tell me where and when.How can you reach out to get your documents?

I am totally devastated and traumatised with this experienceThe company was supposed to deliver my BRP, I wasn’t there so the driver signed under my name and it was reported delivered, I tried to call the customer service and they were extremely rude to me and not even trying to understand the problem to help me out and 3 of them hung up on me while I was explaining. I still haven’t received my BRP and I missed my flight and missed a very important family emergency back home.This should be escalated legally, I can’t believe how this company is treating its customers like insects as they just don’t get bothered
