My wife and I visited Gerald Shottons with the intention of buying a new mattress. The service from Peter was excellent. Very helpful indeed, he provided us with enough information to help us make our own choices. The Mattress we chose was well priced and is extremely comfortable. We had it delivered and they even carried the new mattress upstairs and disposed of the old one. Great customer service, definitely shop here again!

Furniture is really good quality and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and are well informed.It's nice to walk around and know they are there if needed. Nothing is too much trouble and always pleasant.

Fabulous customer service. My elderly father bought a chair from them a few months ago and it stopped working over this last weekend, He has had a stroke so his communication ability is not what it used to be and he has difficulty using the right words to describe things. He went into the shop to try and explain what was wrong and they had the time and patience to find out what the actual issue was and sent someone round to his house later the same day to have a look. A new part is on order and a have a happy stress free dad. Thank you very much for the care you took to help my dad.
