It was my first time trying Reformer Pilates- the instructor was really nice and helpful! Very welcoming atmosphere and gorgeous studio! Will definitely be returning!

Went my first Reform Body Class and loved it! Our instructor Jess clearly explained how to use the equipment and guided me throughout the class to help tailor the exercises to my ability. As someone who regularly does weight/ resistance training I can see how Reformer Pilates will compliment and enhance my regular training, particularly with improving core strength. Although it was a challenging workout, I also felt more awareness of my posture and a calming of the mind at the end of the class. I would definitely recommend!

First time trying reformer pilates and I was really impressed! The studio is very calming, the instructor was really friendly and helpful. The beginner class was at the right level for someone unfamiliar with the reformer. Would highly recommend

Love this place! Lovely, relaxing setting for reformer Pilates. I’ve only recently started but Jess has been great at teaching everyone at their own pace and giving options so the class and exercises can be dialled up or down according to ability and how you’re feeling. Great setting, great variety of classes, great instructors.

Great classes with a nice relaxing environment, instructors are very welcoming and good at teaching letting you go at your own pace and they are always happy to help. I have attended Jess and Charlottes class so far at Derby Road, i love the overall vibe.

This was my first time doing reformer Pilates and I loved it. The place was beautiful and a perfect place to exercise in a calm and lovely environment. Faye was a brilliant instructor and talked us through each exercise and checking our technique. I have booked in again I loved it that much.

Having relocated from Beijing to Nottingham, I was looking for a Pilate studio near where I live. Then I started my class at Lace market studio first, and now 100% in love with Derby road studio. The studio is spotlessly clean and cozy, the instructors are super friendly. Good place and good vibe!

I went to my first class yesterday and I enjoyed every minute of it! The instructor was very attentive and explained to me how to use the reformer before the class started. Throughout the class, she also aided me in making sure my posture was correct and that I was carrying out the movements correctly to make sure I was getting the most out of the class. The class itself was well-structured and I although I felt well worked, my body and mind felt amazing! I will definitely be returning.

Really enjoyed my first Foundation Reformer session at the Derby Road studio. Loved the relaxing atmosphere and the warm welcome from the instructor Faye, who was super attentive and gave a fantastic, accessible introduction to reformer pilates. Definitely felt like I was in safe hands and will be coming back!
