Big play indoor play area, can be busy. Food was good. Service was good. Helpful staff.

Great play centre. I have seen it at the most busiest, during half term and the service was just as good. Staff are all friendly, and are always on top of the cleanliness in the seating area.I did find that the toilets need attention but maybe it needs a more regular check in during half term. You can only imagine how many kids were going in & out of there.Other than that I would Highly recommend based on the actual activity centre itself.Bonus was the fact that they had an extensive Halal menu too, which is rare to see at Play centres, so hats off to whoever put inclusivity high on their priority list ;)Great to see the lovely Octonauts Gup- A there too (photo attached).Please click thumbs up if you found this review helpful.

Bring my daughter and son here. It's a great play centre for kids, nice and big and with a really good play and meal deal. Recently had updates to several areas, all looks great.There's also new go-kart style bikes for £1 a go which is nice lil treat if the kids have been playing nicely.Lots of free parking available.Spiderman visits every Monday and Friday at 11:30-12 and extra visits during the school holidays.

What a fantastic place. What a pleasure to be attended to by such helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Also, hats off to the chef today. Good quality food, well presented and delicious. All plates emptied. Highly recommend. Kids loved it.

I held a party for my three year old son and received the best service from any play centre or any business! Every staff member was extremely pleasant and wanted to go above and beyond for us. We chose the pirate room. The cleanliness of this play centre was superb. All the staff deserve a shout out but Frankie our party host was extremely helpful, polite and wanted to do everything to make my son have a very special day. We didn’t have a traditional birthday party but the staff were extremely accommodating and purposely went out their way to not not only understand our needs for the party but went that extra mile to exceed them.The equipment was all working and in very good condition including the cars on the track. (Very easy to drive even for a 2 year old).The party games were very well planned and the organisation was second to none. This play centre gets booked up really quickly so plan well ahead to make sure you get the date you want.The food was delicious and the kids really enjoyed the party food they have a wide menu range which caters for halal, vegetarian and vegan options.I could never compliment this place enough even if I tried. I will definitely be booking this place again for my kids birthday as it is extremely value for money. I would honestly be proud to own a business such as this. I can hand in heart say this place cares more about service and customer experience then profit.Thanks guys for making our day special.

Very good toddler play facilities with competent and friendly staff. Our Grandson loved it and the arrival of Spiderman made his morning. Large climbing areas split between age groups and a spot of cake making thrown in. The 2 hours play and toddler food for around £9 was good value, plus the grandparents could grab a sandwich and a drink. Not overcrowded on a Monday morning. Not visited at other times. You may be advised to book in advance.

We had my sons 6th birthday party here today. The staff could not have been more helpful from start to finish! We had Frankie as our host who made sure the party ran smoothly and, along with the rest of the team, helped cater to our needs and kept things moving along beautifully. All our guests had a lovely play on the fabulous equipment, thanks to all who helped make this day so special for my little boy!

Our boys love it here. Nice and clean. Love the smaller baby area. Lots of seating. Tasty food and good selection of drinks and snacks

Brought our children and my sisters children here for some indoor fun on a rainy day in the summer holidays. The place is quite big with all different sections including a big slide and a little electric quad track and even a football area upstairs. You can buy tokens for the quads at reception (and can pay on card for this - better than needing a £1 coin as you usually do for these in other places). There's an area for toddlers and it has loads of bouncers to take to the tables if you wanted to sit with a coffee while playing with your baby. Toddler/baby area itself is quite good too, has a little slide and climbing sections and also has a little sensory area for the younger babies too. Overall, the kids (18m, 5y, 5y & 7y) all had a great time! We will be coming back more regularly now :)

Excellent play facilities for all children up to the age of 11/12.Very interactive equipment for all.Sensory section for under 2's.Soft play section for under 4's.Having 2 children with an age gap of 10 years, Rascals helped provide something for them both (at least for this year before our eldest is too grown).Staff were friendly and the kitchen area / toilets very clean. Staff were constantly seen going around cleaning tables and the floors throughout the centre.Only considerations I'd offer parents/ carers is that it seemed a very popular place for local families to visit, it was easy to see why. But this for some children maybe a little over stimulating.Secondly, the price is quite steep. £18 for 2 children for 2 hours. 3 drinks cost us over £10 (x2 coffees x1 slush). The food seemed a little pricey too in comparison to other soft play centres we have visited. But you do get nice service for the money...
