I needed a same day vehicle recovery for a medium size sprinter van. Called up to get a price at 4.30pm the guy was out within 30 minutes and took the car from hemel Hempstead to Reading yesterday evening. Price was pretty good and the service was great. Thanks again.

Brian was a calming presence in what was a stressful situation. When your car breaks down, you’re at the mercy of what price and timing a recovery company charges - Brian was reasonable in price, and came in 45 minutes. I broke down one evening and called 4 different recovery company’s not one of them could get to me, I changed my google search to 24/7 recovery’s near me and BTS come top,I called them and explained what happens to my car and if I can get recovered, the guy who I spoke to was understanding and said he can get toMe within 45 minutes and gave me the price, I have used 2 company’s in the past 6 years and by far BTS was the best price iv ever had to pay I nearly snapped his arm off to recover me.When they come out they was very professional the driver knew his stuff with cars he told me if he can have a look he’s very old school so he had his instincts told me what he thought and it was what he said after the garage diagnosed it.But anyway he hitched my up on the back of his truck and took me to the garage I needed, we left my car outside the garage and he said do you live near by I said about 25 minutes walk from here he said get in il take you home! I think that I have had the best service and I would recommend anyone to use BTS 10/10 I even gave him a tip which he didn’t want but I felt it necessary after my experience with them!

I had a crash and all options to recover were going to take hours, BTS collected my key and went and collected the car, the gentlemen was just really kind.
