Plenty to see and staff are always helpful when you're not sure what you're looking for. I was looking for Halloween ideas and the lady working at the till was helpful with her advice.

Quite small shop but staff in lovely. Products a bit pricey but maybe because often are sales" like buy 3

My daughter had her ear pierced, and the staff were very helpful and explained the process patiently to us.

I sent my teenage daughter in for some hair glitter. I had seen it online for £2.50 plus 20%, off, however it was not available for delivery.My daughter was then taken back at the till when the amount was higher than I had told her.The member of staff was impatient and extremely rude stating that obviously you don't have enough can you move I have other customers to serve"Another customer even commented to the staff member she didn't need to be rude.0 stars for customer service"

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced yesterday the piercing itself was fine though there was literally one staff member in store managing the piercing station and the cash register at least 3-4 customers entered whilst my daughter had her ears pierced with most leaving before it was even finished and the member of staff seemed to have limited experience with children from the interaction she had with my daughter the member of staff was more focused on selling the most expensive earring than satisfying the customers actual wishes i asked for a sterling steel piercing which i was told has a higher chance of infection and i should get a more expensive piercing ranging from £55-£90 Im appalled as this is completely false information stainless steel is very durable and does not tend to interact with bodily fluids which is what actually causes infection then after id got home realised id been given the rapid cleaning solution which at no point i asked for and is obviously more expensive than the regular one i would not recommend or return very uncomfortable service and misinformed staff

Fantastic customer service. Young lady with flowers in her hair was amazingly helpful, professional, exceeded my expectations . She was so polite, friendly, nothing was to much trouble. I bought 3 hair pieces, and she pointed out that I had 3 free items. I would definately recomend the Sutton store. Thank you so much to that lovely assistant
